Between wooden barns and wild greenery, where nature grows freely and untamed, we invite you to an open-air dinner as part of Copenhagen Cooking.
The menu is a celebration of the season’s finest ingredients — with onions in all their forms, vegetables at the center, and deep respect for our beloved local producers who grow, harvest, and deliver green gold to us every day.
We serve a 6-course organic share-food menu.
Join us on the edge of the city, under the treetops and in the golden light of the late summer sun.
Your host
Nine old wooden barns and more than 1.5 hectares of wild nature make up what we call BaneGaarden. A green oasis, an organic village, a peaceful escape, and a culinary meeting place.
Far from the noise of the city — yet right in the middle of it — ideas grow wild here, and projects take root.
In case of rain
If the weather turns unpredictable, the event will move indoors at BaneGaarden.
Please note that the price listed doesn't include the additional ticket fee.
Potato, onion & celeriac terrine with truffle cream
Young greens with fresh corn, smoked crème fraîche & horseradish
Marinated onions from Kiselgaarden, browned butter emulsion & elderflower
Roasted potatoes with Høost cheese sauce, hazelnuts & herbs
