EmSalma is in the kitchen dishing up a Lebanese food mecca when ÅBEN Pop Up in Kødbyen lays house, table and benches for a long table dinner held in collaboration with Non-Bar by Anarkist.
The focal point of the dinner is the good taste and non-alcoholic beer, and the evening kicks off with an informal conversation between ÅBEN's brewmaster / founder, Philip Hulgaard, and Anders Kissmeyer, Head of Craft Creation Royal Unibrew.
After dinner, ÅBEN's bar will be open, and beer will also be available here with percentages for those in need.

Meet the organizer
Anarchist Brewing Company is founded on the shoulders of over 160 years of brewing tradition starting with Theodor Schiøtz. He has inspired us to be curious about the beer we brew. He entered new paths in his time, which we also insist on doing to this day.
