Crispy ball of stirred veal tartare with sun-ripened tomatoes and wildgarlic cream
Mini-medister of Frilandsgris, coarse mustard and pickled onions
Ground beef of dry-aged beef with onion jam
Old Crunch chesse from Arla Unika with rhubarb chutney
Good bread & butter.
