In this Masterclass you will learn about which wines to pair with oysters, and gain confidence in making your own selection of wines for servings with oysters. We will taste six carefully chosen wines with three oysters, served with a vinaigrette.

The Masterclass is lead by Eros Teboni and Joseph Mounayer, both sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier. Eros won the trophy as Best sommelier of the world WSA in 2018. Together the two partners in wine have conducted more than 1.000 tastings and Masterclasses, and are known for creating an atmosphere sparking passion and fun.
