Dinner in the field with Seerupgaard with chef Thomas Rode

Join in for a dinner in the fields at Seerupgaard, an organic plant nursery in Amager when they together with Thomas Rode from Rigtigmad.dk serve up an extravagant meal made from the vegetables in season.

Jeanette Rasmussen, the gardner at Seerupgaard, has a background as a sous-chef at Restaurant Alchemist. Together with the chef she will make sure to combine a menu filled with taste explosions, green surprises and fresh produce. The food will be a mix of fresh produce from the fields around you and proteins are provided from RigtigMad.dk

The four course dinner will be served right in the middle of Seerugaard’s thriving vegetable and flower fields. We therefore recommend that you bring shoes and clothes fitting for the weather. Feel free to bring blankets or pillows to sit on too.

If the weather is against us, we will set up with covers – but of course still with a view of the Summer fields.

Drinks are available for purchase on site.

Four-course dinner served in the middle of Seerupgaards vegetable and flower fields which will be in full bloom. 

We recommend that you bring clothes and shoes fitting for the weather. A blanket to sit on can also be good to bring.
