Come join us at RABARBERGAARDEN ??and get a truly unique and authentic gastronomic experience.

Come and see where it all begins and ends. Where the soil is carefully processed. Where the seeds are sown and the plants are set. Where the animals are taken care of. Where the harvest begins the day. Where chefs, gardeners and farmers work closely side by side to reach the purpose of it all:

To give our guests the best and most delicate gastronomy we can possible offer in the most authentic sourroundings.

  • We start at the courtyard and take a trip through the universe of the organic farm.
  • The gardeners give insights to the principles we work with in the organic and holistic 'market garden’.
  • The schoolgarden teachers tell about the importants of the education of kids and youngsters in sustainable garden farming.
  • On top of the feilds we get a glass of crisp organic bubbles.    
  • Then we go to the courtyard at the restaurant, where we get the first serving, while culinary leader Thomas Elletoft Køster tells us about the menu and what the rest of the evening will bring.
  • Then we go to the restaurant where there will be four servings with accompanying organic and biodynamic wines. All dishes are based on the farm's produce and fish from the sea, which lies just half a mile from the farm.    
  • When the last bite is taken, we go out under the fir tree and next to the the outdoorfireplace we serve coffee, tea, avec and a sweet thing.    
  • We say goodbye when the last train back to Copenhagen is due or when the fire is burned out.
