Join us at the gastronomic playground when NACL (Nordic Academy of Leisure) shares and serves a small taste of their culinary universe. NACL is a community of chefs and a culinary playground where conventional thinking is pushed aside and wild, daring, and often insanely delicious dishes are experimented with. Today, the community has over 28 members from all walks of gastronomy (from Michelin to ordinary food enthusiasts) – and there is always room for more.
This afternoon, you can meet several chefs from the community, taste their experiments and elements from “show cooking,” and learn more about how you can become part of the fun.
The event is hosted by NACL, Morgendagens Madtalenter, and the Hotel and Restaurant School.
More about NACL:
Today, the NACL chef community has over 28 members from all levels of gastronomy, and it is still growing. At NACL, chefs are allowed to experiment, and guests are treated to wild experiences that are completely unique from event to event. As a guest at a show cooking event, you will be surprised every time. This is because the menu is not set in advance. The whole essence of show cooking is that there must be room for experimentation. This creates the framework for a completely unique dining experience with lots of excitement and the opportunity to discover new flavors you have never tried before. All chefs work voluntarily for NACL events, and all proceeds from ticket sales go, through the Dorte Leck Fischer Foundation, to good causes within gastronomy and sustainability. NACL has no rules or budget, which is why the collaborations we have with our sponsors mean so much to us. They help us to continue working on our passion and to keep delivering exciting and innovative events time and time again.
