During Beer Week we offer øllebrød. Øllebrød is a traditional Danish breakfast dish made of rye bread boiled with beer and sugar.

With a Nordic cuisine theme, our buffet offers the distinctive flavors and delights of the local region. We call it a New Nordic breakfast buffet. We serve bread made from traditional Nordic grains, juices made from seasonal fruits, and award-winning charcuterie and cheeses from sustainable and local organic farms. Tea and coffee included.
