With a Nordic cuisine theme, our buffet offers the distinctive flavors and delights of the local region. We call it a New Nordic breakfast buffet. We serve bread made from traditional Nordic grains, juices made from seasonal fruits, and award-winning charcuterie and cheeses from sustainable and local organic farms. Tea and coffee included.
