Morten's Evening at the italian
Saturday the 10th and sunday the 11th of November we are celebrating Morten's Evening with a specially prepared 3-course dinner including the classic and essential roast duck.
In many families, Morten's Evening is a valued tradition where all members gather around a glorious feast with roast duck as the star dish. This year, Morten's Evening is held on the 10th of November, but we don't want you to miss out if you have plans, and are therefore preparing an extra Morten's Evening on Sunday the 11th of November.
Ducks from Cofoco's own solar power park
We are proud to be able to serve some very special organic ducks for Morten's Evening. Earlier this year we opened our very own solar power park in Nees in the northern part of Jutland. The solar panels provide sustainable energy for all of Cofoco, and the ducks served for Morten's Aften live on and maintain the vegetation at our park. We are very happy to be able to provide the ducks with a great environment for them to grow and live and we also look forward to serving them to our guests.
