Starter Salmon tartare on green salad, radish and crispy bread

Main course Beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, hazelnut baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, grilled tomatoes and red wine sauce

Dessert Brownie base with crunchy berry crisp, passion fruit cheese and blackcurrant top. Served with macarons and fresh berries.

For the King's New Year's speech at 6:00 PM: Bubbles & crown cake are of course included.
