We begin the evening with a delicate snack tin filled with smoked crème fraîche, fresh chives, pickled onions, and crisp roe – a refined little bite to awaken the appetite.

Cured salmon with beetroot, topped with horseradish jelly and a fresh herb salad.

Tender beef tenderloin served with confit onion and sautéed mushrooms.
