A specially curated 5-course Italian-inspired menu is served, each dish paired with selected wines:

- Bruschetta snack with burrata, tomato & basil, served with a Basil Gimlet cocktail

- Mediterranean-style tuna tartar with Frasca Monferato Bianco

- Lobster bisque with Angelini’s signature focaccia, paired with Candeloro Parò Rosato

- Entrecôte with truffle mash, cherry tomatoes & red wine sauce, paired with Barolo Enzo Bartoli

- Raspberry pannacotta with espresso-chocolate cream & pistachio, paired with Andresen Colheita 1998 Tawny Port

A mocktail menu is available for guests preferring an alcohol-free option.
