Organic pickling Workshop for adults

Presented by Amager Centeret

Saturday August 20th you can learn how to pickle in the Amager Center from 12pm to 1pm

Come and get your hands on the organic ingredients and learn how to pickle everything that tempts from the fields in late summer. The pickle queen, Helena Greyston, has extensive experience in pickling, and will guide you to pickle the seasonal organic vegetables in spicy brine.

You get a fine pickle jar to take home with your finished pickle.
We hope to see you at the Amager Center.

Remember to bring your own apron.
Price per. participant DKK 75.00 excluding ticket fee.
NOTE - 16 places per. workshop.
Please note that the workshop will be in Danish.
