Kombucha Time were founded in 2017 by Julie Boye-Hansen after she fell in love with kombucha during a stay in the United States. Today, she brews organic kombucha with a focus on flavor and purity – with no additives along the way. The taste is created using carefully selected teas, flowers, herbs, and spices.
Dansk Camelina is a plant that has grown naturally in Denmark for thousands of years. Unfortunately, it disappeared from agriculture as high-yield crops became more common among farmers. We saw the potential in camelina and chose to bring it back as an organic cooking oil for everyday use. The oil is gently cold-pressed, ensuring a long shelf life and a beautiful, natural flavor. It’s packed with valuable nutrients and is a rich source of omega-3 and other beneficial properties.
