Mama’s Daal was created out of a wish to share authentic, homemade Punjabi food and bring people together around the table. At the heart of it are legumes, which Mama transforms into flavorful dishes filled with love and warmth. At home dining in Mama’s house in Hvidovre, it’s not only meals that are shared, but also stories, heritage, and a passion for plant-based food that nourishes both body and soul. The goal is to offer an authentic and informal experience, where the care behind each dish can be felt, and where guests leave with a sense of connection and inspiration.
