Have you ever tasted oysters 35 metres up, with a panoramic view of all of Copenhagen?
As part of the late summer festival Copenhagen Cooking, Nikolaj Kunsthal offers oysters and a 360-degree view of Copenhagen, led by Pink Oyster. From the vantage point 35 metres high, chef and oyster cookbook author Jonas Harboe Frederiksen will serve his innovative and elegantly presented oyster dishes, accompanied by the perfect bubbly match – a glass of petnat created in collaboration with Æblerov. Join us 35 metres up!
Your host
At the centre of Copenhagen, in one of the city’s oldest squares, lies Nikolaj Kunsthal, since 1981 functioning as the city’s art centre. In a unique historical setting, Nikolaj Kunsthal continuously presents new contemporary art – usually site-specific and with a local angle or a special relationship to the city’s vibrant art scene. The art centre is also a meeting place – both for the city’s art and culture-interested citizens and Copenhagen’s art professional environments. Today, the beautiful architecture is part of ongoing interaction with changing exhibitions – including the project space Platform dedicated to new artists and curators.
Please note that the price listed doesn't include the additional ticket fee.
