Join the butchers from Cleaver's Meat Market and learn how to make your own sausages.

The team will fill the table with herbs and spices for the mince and let you combine your preferred flavours. You will be provided with plenty of helpful guidance and a handful of great recipees, so you can experiment for yourself at home.

You will of course get to bring your fresh made sausages home.

  • You will be divided into groups of two
  • Participants will mix 20 kinds of stuffing and fill the sausages
  • There will be about 3-4 kg of sausages per 2 persons
