The butchers from Cleaver’s Meat Market are opening their own sausage-making workshop, so you can make your own sausages at home.
The butchers set up a table filled with herbs and spices for the meat mixture, allowing you to create your preferred flavor. Along the way, you’ll receive tips and tricks for the craft as well as a good handful of recipes so you can continue experimenting at home.
You will take home the sausages made during the day.

We are committed to offering meat of the highest quality from animals that have lived well and from producers that we have carefully selected. We enjoy maintaining direct contact with the farmers who cared for the cattle while they grazed in the field. We believe that meat from animals that have enjoyed life in the pasture simply tastes better both on the palate and in conscience.

Participants are divided into groups of two upon arrival.

Participants must mix 20 types of meat mixture and stuff the sausages themselves.
There are approximately 3-4 kg of sausages for each team of 2 people - you will get to take the sausages home with you.
