Sausage Making Workshop at Cleaver's Meat Market
The butchers from Cleaver's Meat Market are opening their own sausage kitchen, so you can learn to make your own sausages at home.

The butchers fill the table with herbs and spices for the filling, allowing you to create your preferred flavor combinations. Throughout the workshop, you'll receive tips and tricks of the trade, plus a good handful of recipes so you can continue experimenting at home.

You'll take home the day's homemade sausages for your kitchen.

Participants are divided into groups of two upon arrival. Each group will blend 20 different types of filling and stuff their own sausages. There are approximately 3-4 kg of sausages per 2 people.
