Pop-up dinner Gemyse x Vrå

This evening you can experience a unique dinner when Mette Dahlgaard (Gemyse, DK) and Sophia B Olsson (Vrå, Sve) join forces to create an exclusive 5-course menu. The dinner will be a fusion of Gemyse's focus on sustainability and beautiful ingredients and Vraa´s japanese tradition with local sustainable produce from sea and land.

When you arrive you will be led into Gemyses wonderful greenhouse, where you will sit at the long table in green surroundings and enjoy the evening's company. The evening starts with snacks, after which a formidable 5-course menu will be served with an associated wine menu. Finally, your sweet tooth will be satisfied with sweets and coffee.

Mette Dahlgaard is former chef of Geist and took over as Gemyses gastronomic chef in October 2017. The focus is on green dishes, high quality and diversity, a combination that has gotten the restaurant in the Michelin Guide 2018.

Sofia B Olsson has worked as a chef at various michelin restaurants until she helped to start the restaurant, Vrå, in Sweden in 2012. The award-winning restaurant VRÅ meets Japanese tradition with modern Nordic gastronomy based on local sustainable raw materials from sea and land. As headchef at VRÅ, Sofia has become one of Sweden's most visible profiles in using sustainable fish.
