Join a unique and intimate maritime adventure to the Atlantic pearl at the historical Royal Danish Shooting Range, Sølyst. You are welcomed by a glass of delectable Les Cinq Filles champagne or Dagmar in the picturesque surroundings with relaxed live music playing in the background. While you mingle with your nineteen fellow gala adventurers, the Faroese chefs Teitur Christensen og Kári Kristiansen do their magic in the kitchen with Sølyst’s chef Sylvester Andersen and his team.

You are called to the table by the classy waiters, who are joined by the chefs in serving you the outstanding Merroir Menu that contains Gastro Unika Caviar, Gillardeau Oysters from Fiskerikajen, sea urchins and fresh seaweed from Tari Seaweed, fish from FoFish and Bakkafrost from the Faroes, fish and shellfish from Fiskerikajen, cheese from Arla Unika and chocolate from Cacao Barry. You will enjoy Danish wines from Barfod on the grapes Souvignier Gris, Solaris and Cabernet Cantor, supplementary exclusive top-wines matched to the menu in cooperation with Sigurd Müller, Danish mead from Mjødbryggeriet, juice from Dagmar and both Aqua Panna and San Pellegrino water. The unforgettable culinary experience is rounded up by Mikkel Mortensen on guitar and avec in the mansion’s beautiful halls.
