Ratatouille – Cooking Workshop for Kids

Most people probably know the movie Ratatouille from Disney, but “ratatouille” is also a classic vegetarian stew from Provence in the south of France, enjoyed all year round.
Just like Remy in the film, children aged 6 to 15 will get the chance to try their hand at preparing this colorful Provençal favorite themselves. Together with Chef Karim from Texture — who was awarded a Michelin star this June — the children will learn how to make ratatouille from scratch.
Karim will guide participants through the entire process in this mini-workshop, which highlights the wonderful ingredients of Provence and the joy of cooking together.
The workshop is being held in collaboration with Etienne Lemaitre, head chef at the French Embassy.
The price of 125 DKK covers participation for 2 children.
