Drawing on her passion for culture and wine, Signe will share insights into the history of rosé, its unique characteristics, and its significance in the Provençal lifestyle. At the same time, Xavier from Theis Vine will guide you through a curated tasting of selected rosé wines from Provence — perfect examples of the South’s richness and elegance.

Signe Wulff is a journalist, author, and speaker specializing in food, wine, and culture. She writes for Weekendavisen and runs the blog Kvindevin, where she shares her passion for wine — especially rosé from Provence.
The tasting is presented in collaboration with Theis Vine, with wines carefully selected from top producers — ensuring high quality in every glass.

Provence is the friendship region of the year at Copenhagen Cooking 2025 — known for its sunny landscapes, rich food culture, and love of simple, high-quality ingredients.

During the festival, we bring Provence to Copenhagen with the flavors, aromas, and atmosphere of the South of France.
