ROOTS is a new player in the Copenhagen food scene, but the Apero-Tastings have already made a splash! For Copenhagen Cooking they will get even more special. Over the course of an exciting evening, you will get to taste five wines as part of a classic Italian aperitivo, where you will have the opportunity to savour a selection of mouth-watering cheeses, delicious charcuterie, and other surprises from the chef. The setting will be ROOTS' beautiful location in Blågårdsplads, which is just fantastic for a summer evening.
