The 3 sake, all of which are from French Les Larmes Du Levant, are:

- L'Aube / junmai
- Le Vent / junmai daiginjo
- Tenshin / nama genshu

The 3 caviar, all from GastroUnika, are:

- Royal Belgian Gold from Osietra and Baerii sturgeon
- Royal Belgian Osietra from Russian sturgeon.
- Osietra Royal from Bulgaria
