Your hosts
Rix Bronx is originally a sommelier from Noma – and also a DJ and music producer.
She is the creator of Denmark’s first sound journey education, working with all the senses to explore how sound, taste, and emotion connect.
Rasmus Bredahl is a chef, author, sensory educator, and true food nerd.
For the past 20 years, he has specialised in the multisensory dining experience – exploring how our senses shape the way we taste and enjoy food.

SANSEBARENS FORLØB
Throughout the event, you’ll be bombarded with a series of flavour experiences.
Over a light meal, your senses will be paired, challenged, and even pulled apart as sound and taste collide.
In a multisensory symbiosis between food and music, the experience will both surprise and delight your ears and taste buds in a fully immersive way – quite unlike anything you’ve tried before.
