As part of Copenhagen Cooking 2025, we invite you to join us for a bountiful evening filled with the finest treasures from the sea: oysters, peel-your-own shrimp, crab claws, Norway lobster, steamed mussels, and succulent lobster tails – served with a glass of our house sparkling wine.
We’ll be setting the table in our cozy bistro and event space on Amagerbrogade, where we’re soon celebrating two incredible years. Years that have exceeded all expectations, thanks to the many wonderful guests who have come to share food, wine, and warm moments with us.

We are Martin, Lars and Frederik. Martin and Lars are best friends, and Frederik is Lars’ son.
Ælsk is a restaurant that was loved long before it opened – because we had dreamed, talked, and planned it for the past eight years. We all come from the hospitality industry, and what drives us is our love of food, wine, and warm, attentive service that always gives guests more than they expect. At Ælsk, we want you to feel even more welcome than you thought possible.
