The taste of Fejø, Harvest dinner

Taste the seasonal abundance of delicious food from the fields and gardens on - and close to Fejø.


The vast possibilities of harvest season lands on the plate when chef Josephine from restaurant A Ilha and pasta maker and food nerd Diego Principato enter the kitchen. The menu is determined by the season, and the two chefs choose the best ingredients at the moment. One thing is for sure - it is the greens that get the main role on the plate. Accompanied by a great understanding of the qualities of the foodstuff and with love for Fejø's food abundance. During the dinner, one of Fejø's local producers will speak about life as a producer in Fejø. 


We serve a snack and three dishes. Dinner also includes a welcome drink, a glass of wine / juice menu and coffee or tea.


The dinner will take place in scenic surroundings at Ro Naturcamp, where we sit at long tables in the open air. At 9.30 pm the sun settles over the Småland Sea by the camp, which we can enjoy if the weather gods allow it.


The dinner is a collaboration between Katharina and Diego from Pasta Principato, Marie and Nicolai from Ro Naturcamp. The dinner is supported by a grant from the project EGN Lolland-Falster.
