Join us for an evening of social dining where good food meets good people. At Fromberg, we’re setting the table for a night of community, connection, and the magic that happens when enchanting flavors are shared among strangers and friends alike.
You’ll be treated to a vibrant three-course menu inspired by the southern French region of Provence – bold in taste and made with local, organic, and seasonal ingredients.

Fromberg is a beloved local gem on Vesterbro, known for a kitchen where bold, vibrant flavors take the lead. The atmosphere is lively and informal, often buzzing with energy and offering a dining experience that’s anything but ordinary. There are no crisp white tablecloths here! You sit close, and the food arrives in a dynamic, flowing rhythm. The focus is entirely on what’s on the plate and in the glass. Fromberg delivers a solid culinary experience with an emphasis on organic ingredients, top-quality produce, love, passion, and skilled craftsmanship.

STARTER
Poisson Provençal
Provence white fish in a sauce with olive oil, lemon, tomato, and fresh Provence herbs. Topped with fennel, sunflower seeds, and mizuna salad.
Served with our organic signature sourdough bread.
MAIN COURSE
Poulet Provençal
Provence chicken roasted with lemon, spices & herbs. Sauce with white wine, plenty of pepper, garlic, tomato, and chicken stock. Served with aromatic rice, olives, Provence herbs & other French delights.
Seasonal organic, biodynamic, and sustainable local greens from Svanholm Gods & Kiselgården.
DESSERT
Mousse Au Chocolat Blanc
White chocolate mousse with vanilla, baked rhubarb, and dark chocolate crunch.
VEGETARIAN, PESCETARIAN AND VEGAN
We offer alternative versions of the menu:
– The starter can be made without fish and instead with seasonal vegetables.
– The main course can be made without chicken and instead with e.g. sweet potato and lentils.
We would love to hear from you if you would like one of the alternative menu options.
If you would like the vegetarian menu, simply let us know upon arrival.
