On Sunday, August 17th, from 1 PM to 5 PM, we are celebrating organic farming and this year's harvest in Axelborg's beautiful tower and on the tower's rooftop terrace.

There will be a series of talks focusing on the many facets of organic food – from taste and health to animal welfare, biodiversity, and climate.

Together with a range of experts and producers, we’ll explore questions such as: Why does it make sense to choose organic herbs, vegetables, or meat? What do you actually get for your money when you choose organic? And how are local foods and good animal welfare connected to a more sustainable food system?

Come and gain new insights, inspiration, and concrete perspectives on why organic makes a difference – in the kitchen, across the landscape, and in the bigger picture.

Our producers will also offer tastings. But don’t forget your phone – because here, you can also use MobilePay to bring home organic specialties for your Sunday dinner.
