Future chefs prepare future food - and the future is green

Come and join us, when the talented culinary students of Copenhagen Hospitality College invite you inside for a unique dining experience. Under the tutorship of chef Jens Vestergaard Jensen, the student team will make four green dishes, all based autumn favorites from this years harvest.

On the menu this evening we have onion, potato, leek and celeriac. They will be explored with different techniques, seasonings and exciting companions on the plate.

You will get 4 servings including water, dessert and coffee for 150, - pr person.

Beer from Herslev Bryghus, wine from Pétillant and organic soft drinks can be bought in the bar. You can only pay with Mobile Pay.

Book a table to arrive at one of the following slots: 18.00, 18.30 or 19.00.
The Eatery will close at 20.30.


In response to COVID-19, the Eatery will comply with all the official requirements for physical distancing and hygiene. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly ask you to stay at home. We also require all staff and guests to wear facemasks in the Eatery. Please bring your own. The mask can be removed when you're seated at your table.
