Future chefs prepare future food - and the future is green

Come and join us, when the talented culinary students of Copenhagen Hospitality College invite you inside for a unique dining experience. Under the tutorship of chef Jens Vestergaard Jensen, the student team will make four green dishes, all based on the same vegetable – that can be harvested in the garden just now.

This evening we will explore the celeriac with different techniques, seasonings and exciting companions on the plate.

You will get 4 servings, including water for 95, - pr person.

Beer from Herslev Bryghus, wine from Pétillant and organic soft drinks can be bought in the bar. You can only pay with Mobile Pay.
