Pack your suitcase and join us on a trip to the Costa del Broens. As part of the CPH Cooking event, we are hosting a barbecueparty with whole roasted organic pigs and tastefull condiments.
The recipe is simple. We will set a long table along the quay and while the pig is on the grill, we mix salads of summer vegetables from Danish organic farms, roll flatbread and decorate for a bang of a barbecue feast.
Sangria and other beverages can be purchased and no need for pre-order.
The event starts at 18 and ends at 21. We recommend that you arrive half an hour before, so you can buy what you would like to drink for dinner.

Green salad in a mustardy dressing with honey and soy roasted almonds and parmesan.
