Join an exclusive hands-on sushi workshop and long table dinner omakase style, hosted in collaboration with Sushi Lovers and Frederiksberg Centret, on the rooftop of the center!
We’ll dive into techniques inspired by the legendary Japanese sushi schools. You'll learn how to cook perfect sushi rice, slice fish like a pro, and roll maki with authentic Japanese precision. The workshop lasts around two hours and is intensive – you’ll be working directly with the ingredients and, of course, tasting your own creations along the way.
After the workshop, we invite you to a unique omakase long table dinner on the rooftop of Frederiksberg Centret. Here, the Sushi Lovers chef team will treat you to a seasonal culinary journey – a blend of modern Japanese fusion dishes and elegant sushi creations, served in a social dining style.
