Syrlig Cider Festival returns for the third year running with a full day dedicated to natural cider and fruit wine. We’re bringing together some of the finest producers that Denmark and the Nordic region have to offer – all under one roof.
Natural cider and fruit wine have been gaining popularity in Denmark for several years now. This is evident on the menus of many of the country’s Michelin-starred restaurants, where tart ciders have made their mark.
This year, in collaboration with Copenhagen Cooking, we’ve gathered many of the Danish producers who supply natural ciders to these very restaurants.
AUTOPOUL, located in Copenhagen’s North West district, will once again set the stage for a day of (of course) sunshine and warmth – the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing tart cider!
Tickets are available for one of three time slots between 1pm and 8pm.
A tasting glass will be provided upon presenting your ticket.
Your hosts:
Christian (Gemmemost) and Kristoffer (Ciderrevolution) have in the past many years worked on promoting real cider in Denmark. Christian has a background at Holm Cider- og Vinbar. Today he is the man behind the natural cider and fruit wine project, Gemmemost. Kristoffer is the creator of Ciderrevolution - shop, import and producer of real cider. If any thing happens within the Danish cider scene, Kristoffer is probably involved.
