Tempura Masterclass

Danish-born Silla Bjerrum is a London-based chef and consultant. After 16 years as a chef, director and co-founder of Feng Sushi, she has since worked as a consultant in the sushi industry, and, amongst other things, relaunched the sushi bar at Wholefoods Market, Kensington, under the name Sushi And Robata.

What will you learn in this class?

Learn all the tricks of the trade for the perfect tempura in this little Meet&Greet cooking course.

In this super fast Masterclass you will learn how to make the perfect batter, a classic and an alternative with a Nordic twist.

We will work with seasonal white fish and fresh vegetables – and then it is time to enjoy the fact that it's finally Friday with a perfect chilled beer from Herslev and freshly made tempura.

This course will be taught in English and Danish (subject to the makeup of the group) and it will take 1,5 hours.

In our classes

We will offer you a beer, water and some snacks upon arrival, and a work station will be ready for you.

There are max. 14 people in a class.
