To celebrate the harvest season for The Nordic Beer Garden, we are offering an exclusive evening of Nordic beer, wild food, and tours in the picturesque settings of the Botanical Garden. Guests will experience the Garden afterhours and sample Nordic beer and food prepared and paired by wild-food chefs and master brewers, including Karlos Ponte PMY, Thomas Laursen Wildfooding, Per Kølster Kølster Malt & Beer and Zoran Gojkovic Carlsberg Research Laboratory. Tours of the Garden will be offered throughout the evening by botanist Natalie Ahlstrand Natural History Museum Denmark, connecting guests to the diversity of plants and flavours used in Nordic beer. Guests will also have the chance to taste our very own Nordic beer, seasoned by plants grown in The Nordic Beer Garden and produced exclusively for this event by Erik Lund, brewmaster at the Carlsberg Research Laboratory. 

The event price includes afterhours access in the Botanical Garden, a light meal with beer-pairing, a sampling of wild food and beer tasters, beer tasting master classes and VIP garden tours. The event will take place in the garden, rain or shine, so in keeping with our Nordic theme, guests should come prepared for the weather.
