Friday, October 27, 2017, the Børsen of Copenhagen will host a great event with the tasting of Italian wines: some 30 top producers will present their labels to Danish sector professionals and wine lovers.

The event is organized by the consortium of promotion I Vini del Piemonte, in cooperation with Slow Wine. The latter is the Slow Food guide to Italian wines whose peculiarity is to present wine by giving value to those who produce it respecting its organoleptic values as well as territory, tradition and identity fully in line with the Slow Food philosophy.

The main topics of the event will focus on an artisanal wine production which is carried out by respecting the territory, its people, a sustainable vineyard management, since they all flow into the organoleptic qualities of the wine itself. The attending wine companies will be carefully selected to guarantee the Danish wine lovers the possibility to meet those who represent a Good, clean and fair oenology.
