Chef Umut Sakarya and food historian Bettina Buhl, from The Green Museum, will take you on a culinary journey. The star of this event is unquestionably the potato. We celebrate the potato - a versatile ingredient in Danish food culture.

Prepare for a day where we delve into the wonderful world of potatoes, filled with knowledge, humor, and of course, delicious tastings.

We start from the humble beginnings of the potato to its current status as an indispensable part of global gastronomy. "Tour de Kartoffel" will show you why this modest tuber deserves a starring role in both our kitchens and our hearts.

Prepare for an unforgettable event where we reveal the secrets of the potato, inspire new ways to prepare this versatile ingredient, and celebrate its importance for sustainability and nutrition.

With a blend of learning and play, taste and sustainability, we promise an experience that will renew your love for potatoes and perhaps even revolutionize your approach to cooking.

See you at "Tour de Kartoffel"!
