At Go Nordic Cruiseline, we send guests off daily on unforgettable journeys at sea between Copenhagen and Oslo.
Following a complete renovation of our two ships, we’ve sharpened our focus on Nordic quality, comfort, and gastronomy – something that truly comes to life in our culinary experiences.
To mark the occasion of Copenhagen Cooking, we’re opening the doors to something truly special: a unique lunch experience aboard Nordic Crown – right in the heart of Copenhagen, yet far from the ordinary.
Practical information
We’re hoping for sunshine and the perfect weather to enjoy lunch and the view from our outdoor deck. Should the weather not be on our side, we will of course provide a cozy indoor setting on board the ship.
The lunch takes place on board Nordic Crown, and you will be welcomed at the ticket area inside the Go Nordic Cruiseline terminal.
Please note: A valid photo ID is required to board the ship. The ship will remain docked throughout the lunch.
We highly recommend dressing according to the weather, as the lunch is planned to take place outdoors.

First Serving:
Waffle – Crème fraîche – Löjrom
Norway lobster – Tapioca – Citrus
Crustade – Green tomato – Sunflower
Second Serving:
Duck breast – Redcurrant – Cress
Radishes – Summer onion – Garlic
Mackerel – Potatoes – Vinaigrette
Third Serving:
Summer venison – Asparagus – Blackcurrant glaze
Chicken liver – Peas – Morels
Carrots – Rhubarb – Marjoram

All dishes will be complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing or a non-alcoholic alternative.
