Lubnan invites you to an intimate pop-up dinner, where the rich flavors of the Middle East are brought directly to your plate.

Tonight’s menu features a selection of Lebanese mezzeh – small, delicate dishes that together create a fireworks display of flavors. Enjoy everything from creamy hummus and fresh tabbouleh salad to grilled vegetables, spiced meat platters, and crispy falafel. Each bite tells a story of Lebanon’s culinary traditions, renowned worldwide. The menu itself is a surprise, carefully crafted by Nano Fadel, who was born in Lebanon and runs the catering and event company Lubnan. Everything is homemade, based on traditional family recipes.

The menu is accompanied by a glass of full-bodied Lebanese wine from Château Ksara, perfectly complementing the flavors of the dishes.

At the pop-up dinner, we celebrate Lebanese food traditions, perhaps offering a glass of arak and a good conversation about Lebanese cuisine and wine.

Lebanese cuisine is renowned worldwide for its fresh, aromatic, and colorful dishes. It is built on a harmonious combination of fresh vegetables, legumes, olive oil, herbs, and simple yet refined spices. The food is often served as small plates, known as mezzeh, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one meal.

Typical dishes include creamy hummus, rich baba ganoush, crispy falafel, grilled vegetables, fresh salads like tabbouleh, and spiced meat platters with herbs. Lebanese cuisine combines textures and flavors in a way that is both inviting and deeply rooted in tradition.

A key element of Lebanese cooking is togetherness – meals are often shared with family and friends, filling the table with both food and conviviality. Wine and traditional drinks like arak can accompany the dishes, completing the experience of Lebanon’s rich culinary culture.

During the evening, there will be a short presentation and a mini-lecture about Lebanon.
