Levantine cuisine is a thousand-year-old tradition in a historic region that includes the four Arab countries of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine, which share a common food culture. Yusra came to Denmark in 2015, bringing with her the tradition and experience, which she now combines with inspiration from the international culinary scene in Copenhagen, and from her time in the Arabian Gulf. You can expect a dining experience equivalent to a large family dinner in a Syrian country kitchen, where Mama Yusra has prepared something very special for her guests. The rustic and the refined are combined with insight and love. We're going to taste the large falafel table, which takes falafel to a completely different level than what we know as fast food in Denmark. An exclusive experience.
