What you will experience is a journey through authentic Tuscan cuisine, with dishes that embody the heart of our culinary tradition, one of the most influential in history. Born from the ancient Etruscans' deep understanding of their land's bounty - from rolling olive groves to terraced vineyards - it shaped later European gastronomy in unexpected ways. When Catherine de' Medici left Florence for the French court in 1547, her Tuscan chefs transformed French cuisine forever, introducing everything from the dinner fork to gelato, from béchamel sauce to duck à l'orange.




These recipes, from humble peasant food to refined noble delicacies, are now celebrated as masterpieces of Italian gastronomy. Despite their growing reputation, it is almost impossible to find authentic versions of these dishes outside their places of origin. Even in Tuscany itself, many specialties are still limited to their particular territories: Peposo in Florence, Torta co' Becchi in Lucca, and so on. We bring these treasures to Copenhagen, preserving their authenticity while sharing their rich history.
