Vi er meget glade for at kunne agere vært i selskab med Auteur Dinners omkring en række helt særlige filmmiddage. For de af jer der ikke har fået nok musik festival ovenpå en dejlig sommer er vi gået sammen med Auteur Dinners om at skabe en unik og eksklusiv film- og spiseoplevelse til jer. Ved at kombinere nogle af vores største passioner - nemlig velsmagende mad, dokumentarfilm, god musik og kolde øl, er vi kommet op med disse arrangementer.
Auteur Dinners består af en filmvisning efterfulgt af en afslappet og personlig debat i selskab med filminstruktøren henover en lækker middag tilberedt af Hahnemanns dygtige kokke. Tag dine venner med og kom forbi til en anderledes, sjov og inspirerende film aften.
Det anden arrangement SILVANA (2017), instrueret af Mika Gustafson, Olivia Kastebring and Christina Tsiobanelis, vil blive screenet på engelsk og efterfølgende debat vil ligeledes foregå på engelsk.

We are very happy to have teamed up with Auteur Dinner to host their special film-dinner series and invite you to join us! For the summer we could chose two excellent music documentaries and look forward to combining some of our biggest passions - good food, good documentary movies, good music, cold beer and interesting discussions.
For the second documentary film and dinner edition we chose is SILVANA. It will be screened in Swedish original version with English subtitles, the discussion following the dinner will take place in English.
SILVANA (2017) directed by Mika Gustafson, Olivia Kastebring and Christina Tsiobanelis
"Let’s smash patriarchy!" Swedish hip-hop artist Silvana Imam shouts through a megaphone, and hundreds of hands shoot into the air. Her raw raps are autobiographical and strongly focused around sexual identity, politics and her own immigrant background—her father is from Syria, her mother from Lithuania. Silvana arrived in Sweden at an early age, and the documentary contains video footage of her as a child. She describes herself as a lesbian, feminist and anti-racist punk rapper, and calls Sweden a disgusting country: a conservative nation bursting with xenophobia. We also see her perform at the Way Out West festival, where she makes fun of Neo-Nazi's: "Go kiss your fucking swastika!" Silvana starts in 2014, the year of her breakthrough, revealing someone who is both arrogant and insecure. The film also documents her romance with singer Beatrice Eli—also a "power pussy" who makes music for and about women.
Each event will consist of a film screening followed by a delicious dinner and a laid-back and intimate debate in the company of the film director. Bring your friends along and join us for a fun and inspirational film night.
