Join FOGO on 27 June for our opening summer pop-up: a seasonal 5-course menu cooked entirely over open fire, served alongside 3 welcome canapés, aperitivos and 2 selected glasses of wine.

Inspired by the Mediterranean, Latin America, and Asia, our cooking is rooted in technique and driven by flame.

Our first summer pop-up takes place at Restaurant Kastrup Fort — a beautiful hidden location surrounded by nature and water, just minutes from Copenhagen.

The evening will unfold outdoors around a shared long table overlooking Amager Strand, bringing guests together through food, fire, and atmosphere.
