It's time for our second Meetings of Minds event! This time, Nicola will be joined in the Brace kitchen by Nicolas Min Jørgensen, who is the head chef at the Michelin-starred Restaurant Substans in Aarhus.

Nicolas and Nicola will collaborate to prepare a menu exclusively for the evening, that is roughly the same length as the usual tasting menu at Brace.
