David Fischer has generously offered to host me at his eponymous restaurant for the 16th and 17th of February. Here we will be cooking dishes from various regions in China with no apologies for the amount of spice used.

Given it is the Chinese Year of the Pig there will be a fair amount of pork and yes, there will be dumplings.
If you would like to join, the menu will be 550 kroner per person and will include an aperitif from our good friend Christian Tang of Kyros & Co.
