AMASS x SKAGERAK

Get comfortable in one of Skagerak's classics and enjoy a spring menu from Amass, while you gain insight into how the transition to a sustainable business model can benefit the environment and the business.

On the 24th of May Amass and Skagerak will collaborate on a sustainable dinner under the chestnut tree in Skagerak's beautiful garden. We will light the bonfire, the food will be served family style and furniture will be Skagerak' vintage design classics, given new life through the concept Re-classic.

During the dinner Head Chef/Owner of Amass, Matt Orlando, and Skagerak Owner, Jesper Panduro, will each speak about the future business models of the restaurant and design business, sharing their experiences with circular economy, organics and waste. Both talks will be in English.

MENU: 450 DKK including aperitif
DRINKS: Wine, beer and juice will be available for purchase on the night

We will provide blankets, but we advise you to bring a sweater

All proceeds from this night will go to The Amass Green Kids Program, an education initiative where Amass invite city kids from Copenhagen schools to the their garden and restaurant to teach them about the wonders of plant life and the pleasures of growing and eating good food.
