Cancellation due to statutory guidelines:
If events are canceled due to official Danish restrictions, which must be complied with, we will refund your full amount back to your payment card and notify you by mail.
If you are prevented from attending an event due to foreign restrictions, the responsible organizer will decide if your amount will be refunded.
If you're interested in more information before acquiring your tickets, please contact the specific organizer or restaurateur of the specific event directly.
Refunds will not be made in case of illness or fear of infection - unless an agreement is made with the organizer.
At Madbillet.dk you can buy tickets for services of dining. Such experiences include events and as restaurant visits.
Madbillet only sell tickets and is, therefore, only responsible for the connection between the ticket buyer and the responsible organizer. This means that Madbillet can only answer questions about the ticket purchase. Questions regarding specific events must be answered by contacting the organizer. By purchasing tickets from Madbillet you accept these general terms and conditions.
Orders and delivery
Tickets are purchased and paid online via Madbillet.dk.
When ordering, enter your name, address, email address and payment details. Once the payment has been completed, the ticket will be sent to the e-mail address specified in connection with ordering.
Prices and fees
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT. Unless otherwise noted, any ticket fees are included in the price. The prices stated on the tickets do not include card fees
Tickets must be paid by a debit card. The payment will be deducted immediately from your debit card as you complete the order.
The following cards can be used: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB.
Credit card fee
Private payment cards issued within the EU - no card fee.
Company card issued within the EU - 2.2%
All credit cards issued outside the EU - 2.2%
Pursuant to the "Consumer Agreements Act section 18 (2), no. 12", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of cancellation and therefore ticket cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled by the organizer. It is not possible refund or make changes on purchased tickets.
Therefore, it is not possible to: add people or menus, change dates or time.
If an exception has to be made, and tickets must be refunded, fees will not be refunded.
If an event is canceled, refunds are automatically returned to the debit card used for booking and the ticket buyer is informed directly through their registered email address. Refunds are made within 7 business days of the organizer officially canceling the event.
Madbillet works as the ticket platform for the organizer. Therefore, Madbillet is not liable for a refund in connection with the cancellation. Madbillet makes a contractual arrangement to ensure that the organizer reimburses the ticket purchase price in case of cancellation, but are not responsible for such transfers from the organizer to the customer.
All inquiries about the above must be directed to the organizer. Information about the organizer's full name, address, telephone number, etc. can be obtained from Madbillet.
Limitation of liability and reservations
Madbillet disclaims any responsibility for any errors and/or omissions in connection with the organizer's delivery of the service/event where the ticket was purchased from Madbillet unless otherwise is demanded by mandatory legal rules. Any complaints or claims for damages should be directed to the organizer of the specific event.
Madbillet has the right to change these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions always appear at www.madbillet.dk
Purchases via Madbillet follow Danish law. Any dispute between you and Madbillet regarding the terms stated above must be decided by the Danish courts.
Handling of personal data
To be able to shop at Madbillet you must at least state:
• Mailing address
• Phone/mobile number
The above data is stored with information on which events you have purchased tickets for, for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
Madbillet stores your entered information on name, telephone number, and email address to form and submit orders, payment receipts, tickets for contact information in connection with changes and cancellations of events.
For certain events, after the event is held, a questionnaire about the event will be emailed.
Information provided to Madbillet t is in no way sold to third parties.
However, you consent to the information being passed on to the organizer responsible for the event for which you purchase the ticket through Madbillet.
Access to data as well as changing, updating or removing data
As a customer, you have the right to access your collected data categories (Articles 15, 16 and 17) and you can object to the registration in accordance with the relevant rules of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon appropriate inquiry, we will update, change or remove any personal information that we control, subject to regulatory violation.
We may refuse requests that for any reason are repeated or affect the personal data of other individuals. All inquiries regarding this should be addressed directly to customer service via email.
You have the opportunity to sign up for newsletters from Madbillet and the organizer's newsletter for the event you are purchasing the ticket for. You can only sign up by actively choosing this. You can unsubscribe from Madbillet newsletter at any time via a link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Terms and conditions for Madbillet Treat
Madbillet Treat deviates from our normal terms and conditions. There are a limited number of vouchers for sale for Madbillet Treat. Vouchers can be redeemed during the specified period for each campaign. Only within the first 14-days of your purchase, you have the right to a full refund. After 14 days, tickets can't be refunded.
Madbillet Treat is provided by the contracting party, and Madbillet is not responsible for the provision of the service. The customer is responsible for using the voucher during the specified period, as Madbillet does not send out reminders. We recommend that you book your table well in advance for restaurant experiences.
