At this year's edition of Copenhagen Cooking, Kayak Bar is celebrating great commodities and sustainability.
Inspired by our Nordic neighbours we have composed a delicious seafood menu: crayfish from Sweden, blue mussels from Denmark, shrimps from Greenland, dried fish from Norway, marinated fish from Iceland, and of course, schnapps from Finland. This delicious menu form the starting point of our Nordic Seafood Party.
